TJ2011: TJ trip 2011 Fund Raising - Lemonade

Dear SJCCC TJ 2011 participant families,
We just pulled 50+ lemons from our tree, and think it would be great if we can do a lemonade fund raising next week during the Chinese New Year festivities.

• Need volunteers:
• Make and bring 2-3 gallons of lemonade (we will give you the lemons tomorrow) - need as many as possible
  
• Make a large banner saying: "Free Lemonade by SJCCC Tijuana 2011 - Donation Welcome" 
  
• Make a large donation box
• Bing Cups, ice
  
• Set up and serve lemonade - before and after Mass
  
• I will talk to the Hospitality group to make sure if we can do this.

Please respond and let us know what you can provide and we will bring the lemons tomorrow to pass out after Mass.

Dear TJ 2011 families and Watermark leaders,
We have checked with the council and decided to move the fund raising to 2/27.  This will give us time to organize and promote the fund raising.  Since the TJ mission is a community event, we'd love to have all Watermark involvement whether if you are going to the trip or not.

Idea is to provide free lemonades (8-oz, sweetened, with ice) and ask for donations.  We will need volunteers (please reply to sign up for as many tasks as you/your group can do)

• Make and bring 2-3 gallons of lemonade (we will provide lemons)
  
• Make a large banner saying: "Free Lemonade by SJCCC Tijuana 2011 - Donation Welcome" 
  
• Make a large donation box
• Bring 8 oz-Cups (need 200)
  
• Bring ice (4 bags)
  
• Set up and serve lemonade after Mass (parents needed)
  
• Announcements at Mass: Need 2 youth volunteers (upstairs/downstairs Mass)
