We're heading toward the beach! This is a social gathering and not sponsored by San Jose Chinese Catholic Community.
Location: Half-moon Bay Sate Beach
The beach is located a half-mile west of Highway 1 on Kelly Avenue in Half Moon Bay. There are three parking and beach access points. We will meet at Venice Beach, at the end of Venice Boulevard off Highway 1. Please check map, direction and weather before you leave.
Date: 7/30 Saturday from 2-6 pm or later
Activities:
I’ll ask older kids to organize a few friendly games but the majority of time will be for any beach activities you prefer (swimming, surfing, hiking, building sand castle, playing balls or just hang out and watch sunset together).

Letter from our Bishop, Spiritual Seminars
Dear brothers and sisters,
Praise the Lord for carrying our burden, for He is meek and humble of heart, may we find rest in Him, for His yoke is easy, and His burden is light. Sorry to see the resignation of Lisa Lee from the Vice Chair post, many thanks to her wonderful contributions and may she continue to be an active member of the community.
Congratulations to Fr. Olivera for being named the Pastor of the SJCCC Mandarin Community. Here is the letter from our Bishop to the Community (主教來信及教友翻譯) on 7/1, and letter from Fr. Olivera to the Group Leaders on 7/2. May God help us unite and grow as a Community in Christ.
